Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Customer must inform us via email and we will give you a RMA (return materials authorization or return merchandise authorization).
No Returns accepted without RMA first – thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. unused
  2. in the same condition that you received it
  3. your item must be in the original packaging
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are responsible for ‘any’ return postage costs and therefore you – the customer/buyer pays for ‘any’ return postage, if reasons are listed above.

We only pay for return postage if the item was damaged, faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you – as soon as possible – on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved – after inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your credit / Debit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies – this is out of our hands.
Once we release refund, timing will depend Banks and not GHD-Repaired.co.uk c/o MS Electrical.
