We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Our online store may offer from time to time products for sale, often referred as ‘item’ meaning ONE product / one item which will displayed as correct as possible. We are humans and mistakes can happen, but we endeavour to make none! Prices All prices are VAT included – we are not VAT registered. Checkout All our websites are under HTTPs as per normal. Deliveries and Cancellation terms Our checkout is temporarily manage in the entirety by PayPal Checkout services, including HTTPS and transaction security, as we are using PayPal BUY buttons and we do not host any checkout – you are totally secure and all security depends on PayPal security and not MS Electrical. Once you click then BUY button, you will be taken off MS Electrical site into PayPal Checkout site. At present we do have a small number of items/products listed for sale online and they all are FREE POST, this might change in the future. We are currently using Royal Mail 48H – which usually delivers between 2-5 working days – see Royal Mail website for more information on how ‘they’ work. Although we do state orders are despatched within 2-3 days, we do aim to despatch all orders the same day within our opening times and cut-out orders times. Once orders are sent, it is out of MS Electrical control and under the carrier’s control, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times, as it is out of our hands. All orders are sent within our opening times – see right side of website on any page, but even though we are well organised,we cannot guarantee we can send order the same day, as delays happen for various reasons. Therefore if we miss deadline on a Friday, it is likely it will be despatched the next working day – i.e. Monday – if not a Bank Holiday. When you place an order using ‘third party’ Payment Gateway such as PayPal Google Pay Apple Pay etc., you should be sent a notification of order invoice/email by them. MS Electrical may not send you any email, apart from after sale follow ups. MS Electrical and all subsidiary Companies or websites (if any) will receive this email too – if input email address is correct. Then we will check notification of order and we might accept or not the order. Email you receive fro Payment Gateway Company does not constitute order accepted by us, as mentioned above we will check first and communicate with you if there are any problems. If no problems with order, we will get on with it as soon as possible. You must be sure you are inserted a correct email address. Failure to do that, you will never receive an email from the Payment Gateway Company or us, if we have our own. If you wish to Cancel an Order you have placed, you must contact us immediately as we might have already packed it. I order was not despatched yet, our refund policy will apply. You may not be able to cancel an order if it is a Repair Service from any of our website for full refund – all our sites will have this very same Terms page. We might need and may enforce a cancellation of an order for: items was out of stock – even if shown as in stock – it can happen for miscounting, payment cannot be authorised for whichever reason – including suspecting fraudulent purchase, item/s cannot be procured, customer cannot be validated (‘one’ example, PayPal account MUST be validated to be able to purchase using PayPal), product or price description error. Shipping In cases where we apply postage – i.e. it is not free, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Free post items will receive full refund – once approved.
